Abstract

B2C e-commerce in China grows rapidly, bringing profound impact on people's lifestyle and socio-economic. It's naturally that we do some study on this issue, because concerning and explaining socio-economic is the aim of economics. Clothing selling is the most important field of B2C e-commerce in our country, therefore, this paper chose to study it in the perspective of Industrial Organization, trying to show all the aspects of its Market Structure: Market concentration rate, Barriers of entry, Economies of scale and Operating differentiation etc.
