Abstract

In order to further promote quality education and meet the needs of social development for talents, China's education field started a new wave after the main education, researching education and so on, it was a bilingual teaching. This thesis started from the theories of bilingual teaching models, analyzed the several models of bilingual teaching, then it compared bilingual teaching models of the United States, Canada as well as China and found the inspiration for China's bilingual teaching. Next it established universities' bilingual teaching quality assessment index system and verified this index system. Lastly, it prompted the countermeasures to enhance the China's universities' bilingual teaching effectiveness.
