Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of MZ generation's hair care behavior on self-efficacy and to discuss the verification of the mediating effect of emotional intelligence. As a research method, to verify the mediating effect of emotional intelligence, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were conducted using the SPSS 25.0 program, and a three-step mediation regression analysis was conducted to analyze the statistical significance of the mediating effect. The results of the study showed a statistically significant positive (+) effect on hair care behavior, self-efficacy, and emotional intelligence, and emotional intelligence, a parameter, had a mediating effect in the relationship between hair care behavior and self-efficacy. there was. Therefore, the higher the hair management behavior, the higher the self-efficacy and emotional intelligence. In addition, it was found that self-efficacy increased as the sub-factors of emotional intelligence, self-emotional understanding and others' emotional understanding, were higher.
