Abstract

The article presents the results of the study on the motivation for professional activity among hospice medical staff. The hypothesis of the study is an assumption that medical personnel working with “extremely severe” patients in a situation of “high mortality” have features of work motivation that determine their adaptation to these working conditions and allow them to maintain stable performance. To study the characteristics of the motivation for professional activity of hospice medical staff, the following methods were used: Herzberg’s motivation test, V. Garbuzov’s “Basic Instinct” test, and V. Boyko’s “Emotional Burnout” technique.
