Abstract

The article presents the results of a study on the features of motivation for professional activity of secondary school teachers. The hypothesis of the study is the assumption that school teachers working with children have features of work motivation that determine their adaptation to these conditions of professional activity and allow them to maintain stable high work motivation. To study the features of school teachers’ motivation for professional activity, the following methods were used: Herzberg’s motivation test, V. Garbuzov’s “Basic Instinct” test.
