Abstract

The need to train a Sociocultural Management professional mediator and dynamizer of social reality, demand the understanding of a formative practice that gives the student a participatory role in the management of their own education, making use of the experiences of the partner scenarios real labor relations and personal and professional resources in an autonomous and committed way. Due to its important impact on the formation of a culture of professional performance, it is necessary to base new pedagogical ways of proceeding from the recognition of a transformative dynamic through particular methods to systematize a formative logic of sociocultural work management. The present work presents a model of the interventive-labor dynamics of the sociocultural manager in blended learning as a training alternative, which allows to raise the social relevance of this professional in the current Cuban context.
