Abstract

This document presents the proposed model of the Observatory of Inclusion and Accessibility (OBIA) as a mean of inclusion and accessibility for children, adolescents and youths with disabilities in Amazonian communities. The proposal was developed under the principles of Knowledge Management, using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The applied methodology identified which modes of knowledge conversion of the SECI Model are present in the interactions carried out between the actors with the OBIA system and how these interactions contribute to the generation and dissemination of new knowledge in the observatory. OBIA aims to contribute to the development of new observatories in different areas and social desires to promote the inclusion and accessibility in the Amazon region.
