The article is devoted to the research of methods of strategic analysis. The relevance of this topic is due to the fact that currently every organization needs to build a proper strategy for the development of the organization. he is looking for a suitable tool for planning the company's development strategy. The purpose of this article is to understand and apply the methods of strategic analysis. In the course of the study, the methods of strategic analysis were considered. Namely: SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, Porter's Five Forces, BCG matrix. A well-chosen type of strategic analysis for a specific organization can help to create the most successful strategy for further business development
