Abstract

The article presents a program for the development of physical qualities of students of a pedagogical profile with poor health, aimed at their comprehensive development, health promotion, increasing the level of physical fitness and creating pedagogical conditions to facilitate the development of badminton playing techniques. The content of the article reveals the methodology for the development of physical qualities, provides methodological recommendations and the corresponding load components regarding the conduct of training sessions with students. One of the promising directions of optimizing physical education with students of a pedagogical profile with impaired health is the rational use of special means and teaching methods aimed at acquiring knowledge, skills and abilities to perform motor actions and develop physical qualities in order to strengthen their health, increase the level of physical development and physical fitness. Physical qualities are developed in the process of mastering motor actions, so in badminton classes you need to use special exercises to develop strength, speed, jumping, endurance, dexterity and flexibility. It was concluded that during physical education classes with the inclusion of badminton equipment, students of a pedagogical profile with weakened health acquire special knowledge, abilities, skills, new preferences and interests appear, and their attitude to their health changes.
