MANAJEMEN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATAN MUTU PENDIDIK

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the principal's management in improving educators. This study uses a descriptive method, with interview data collection techniques and documentation. Data analysis techniques in research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the principal uses management in the management of improving the quality of education which includes; 1) Planning; 2) Organizing; 3) Implementation; and 4) Control.
