Abstract

A deep rethinking of management education is needed to face the challenge of shared understanding among various business circles. Business School Academia should reconsider most of their practices from a responsible perspective of ethical universalization. I propose a methodology used by healthcare professionals, relying on "current" and "acquired" technical data. The faculty of business schools could, under certain conditions, become major actors of a transcultural mediation.
