Abstract

The reason for this research was to develop a human talent management model in order to improve the administrative performance of the National University in Lambayeque. The study was carried out through a quantitative orientation of a cross-sectional non-experimental propositive design, with a sample made up of 67 people. The information obtained was collected through the survey technique, using the questionnaire as an instrument. The results found show that 46.3% of the administrative servers in this educational institution have poor job performance, due to the lack of a human talent management system. It is concluded that in order to increase the job level with respect to the performance of the administrative officials, it is essential to have a capacity-building plan that promotes the development of skills of public servants.
