Abstract
This research analyzes the impact that knowledge management has on the management of human talent in the tourism sector of the District of Riohacha. To determine the incidence of these factors, it has been necessary to study the level of training both in knowledge management, and in the management of human talent, within the organizations analyzed. Based on the theories of Arbonies (2013), Valhondo (2010), Moral, et al. (2007), this is a descriptive and correlational investigation. A questionnaire of 80 items was applied with answers of multiple alternatives to 48 subjects, whose validity of content was determined through the judgment of five experts, while the discriminant was made through the analysis of t-Studens for two groups or samples. In addition, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was applied to determine the reliability of the information collected. In general terms, the results obtained show a high incidence of knowledge management in human talent management, as well as a significant degree of joint variation.
