Abstract
This article describes an analysis of management as the art of enterprise management in Ukraine's economy. Today, as Ukraine’s economy faces extremely difficult times, the labor market demands creative, energetic, skilled, and multifaceted managers more than ever. For those aiming to master management, it is crucial to follow the path of applying theoretical knowledge and practical skills in specific situations. This research delves into the intricate relationship between management theory and practice within the context of Ukraine's contemporary economic landscape. It examines the evolution of management principles in Ukraine, particularly focusing on the challenges and opportunities presented by the country's ongoing economic transformation. Research Objectives: To analyze the historical development of management thought and practice in Ukraine. To identify the key challenges and opportunities facing Ukrainian enterprises in the current economic climate. To explore the role of effective management in mitigating risks and seizing opportunities. To examine the impact of globalization and digitalization on Ukrainian enterprises and their management practices. Propose strategies for enhancing management effectiveness and fostering sustainable enterprise development in Ukraine. This research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative research techniques. Qualitative methods, such as case studies and interviews, will be utilized to gain in-depth insights into the experiences of Ukrainian managers and entrepreneurs. Quantitative methods, including surveys and statistical analysis, will be employed to gather empirical data on management practices and their impact on enterprise performance. By understanding the nuances of management in Ukraine's dynamic economic environment, this research aims to empower Ukrainian enterprises to navigate challenges, capitalize on opportunities, and achieve sustainable growth.
