Abstract

A compact CMOS low-voltage analogue four quadrant transconductance multiplier based on flipped voltage followers and transistors operating in triode mode is introduced and experimentally verified. The circuit features high bandwidth, low distortion, and operates with a single supply voltage of 1.5 V in a 0.5 µm CMOS technology.
