Abstract

The regions on the low energy side of the K α 1.2 lines in the spectra of metallic cobalt and nickel have been studied. Five structures in both spectra have been observed for the first time. These have been assigned to K-L 2M 1, K-L 3M 1 and K-L 3M 2.3 radiative Auger transitions.
