Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among MSME employees Nabil Conveksi Tingkir. Participants are employees of MSME Nabil Conveksi Tingkir with a total of 40 people. Data collection uses the Emotional Intelligence Scale which consists of 30 items and the Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale which consists of 30 items, both of which have met good reliability requirements. Data analysis used Pearson's product moment correlation technique. The results of this study indicate a correlation coefficient of 0.909 with a significance value of 0.00 (p <0.05), which means that there is a significant positive relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in MSME employees Nabil Conveksi Tingkir. Through this research, it is hoped that it can help companies in an effort to improve employee performance, one of which is by maintaining and improving the employees' physical and non-physical work environment.
