Abstract

AbstrakPeraturan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Nomor 10 Tahun 2020 adalah kebijakan pemerintah dalam melakukan pencegahan dan penanggulangan penyebaran Covid-19 yang terjadi di dalam Lembaga Pemasyarakatan dan Rumah Tahanan Negara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Nomor 10 Tahun 2020 dan menganalisa pengaruh Peraturan Menteri tersebut terhadap Jumlah Warga Binaan di Lapas Rutan Wilayah Jawa Timur. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian Hukum Normatif yang mengacu pada peraturan perundang-undangan yang mengikat yaitu Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Nomor 10 Tahun 2020 Tentang Syarat Pemberian Asimilasi dan Hak Integrasi bagi Narapidana dan Anak dalam Rangka Pencegahan dan Penanggulangan Penyebaran Covid-19.Kata Kunci: Narapidana, Asimilasi, Integrasi, Covid-19 Abstract Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number 10 of 2020 is a government policy in preventing and controlling the spread of Covid-19 that occurs in Correctional Institutions and State Detention Centers. This research was conducted to determine the implementation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation Number 10 of 2020 and to analyze the effect of the Ministerial Regulation on the Number of Inmates in East Java Detention Centers. The research method used in this study is a normative law research method which refers to binding laws and regulations, namely the Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation Number 10 of 2020 concerning Conditions for Providing Assimilation and Integration Rights for Prisoners and Children in the Context of Prevention and Control of Spread Covid-19.Keywords: Prisoners, Assimilation, Integration, Covid-19
