Abstract

In the article, through a historical analysis of the reasons and technologies for introducing the administrative-legal regime of martial law in world and domestic practice, the author substantiates the conclusion that it originated in the distant past, went through stages of development and today represents a legal system that has been sufficiently developed in theory and tested in practice regime designed to protect individuals, society and the state from threats and dangers of a military nature.
