Abstract

Goal. The article is devoted to the organization of state regulation of investment activities in the field of land use. Method. To solve this scientific problem, the structural method and the method of abstract-logical generalization are used. Results. The article reveals the main aspects of state regulation in the field of land use. It was emphasized that a fundamental factor in the development of balanced land use is solving the problem of attracting investments in this area. It is noted that the investment potential of agricultural land should be understood as the possibility of obtaining maximum income in the short or long term from capital investments in the land in order to increase its fertility and ensure sustainable and efficient land use. The methodological principles of GDP formation by types of economic activity (agriculture, forestry, and fishing) are presented. Scientific novelty. The proposed methodological principles will make it possible to increase the efficiency of investing in land resources. Practical significance. The implementation of the proposed methodological principles of GDP formation in the field of land use will make it possible to increase the volume of investments and ensure their optimal distribution.
