Abstract

The article substantiates the need for human dimension of economic processes and innovation activity, defines the role of educational and scientific potentials in the innovative development of countries and the world economy as a whole, identifies the features of the correlation of indicators of educational and scientific potential with the results of innovation activity, offers recommendations for the growth of innovation activity in the Republic of Belarus based on foreign experience and the realization of its human potential.
