Abstract

The article proposes a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of integration associations for small and medium-sized businesses in the Republic of Belarus, which involves the use of a comprehensive two-sided approach to determining the impact of integration processes on the development of the national economy in general and business in particular. As a result of the study, a matrix for evaluating the effectiveness of integration associations was proposed, which makes it possible to determine the feasibility of integration cooperation of the national economy based on the priority of developing small and medium-sized businesses. The developed methodology was used in the construction of an organizational and economic model for managing small and medium-sized businesses in the context of integration processes, which made it possible to develop the main strategies for their development.
