Abstract INCOLOY ALLOY 800HT has improved creep and rupture strength due to closely controlled aluminum + titanium and carbon contents. In mill processing it receives a high-temperature grain-coarsening anneal which further contributes to high-temperature strength. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, tensile properties, and shear strength as well as fracture toughness and creep. It also includes information on high temperature performance and corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: SS-482.
