Improving Customs Regulation in the Eurasian Economic Union in Electronic Interaction in a Single Information Space

Abstract

The article considers the actual problems of the implementation of the Decision of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council dated 17 July 2020 no. 5 "On the non-stamping of customs authorities in transport (transportation), commercial and (or) other documents when performing customs operations in electronic form", related to the lack of electronic interaction in the single information space of state bodies among themselves and with participants of foreign economic activity. Proposals were submitted concerning the need to further integrate information systems of cooperating bodies in electronic customs declaration.
