Abstract

Information and communication technologies (ICT) have led to the emergence of new learning scenarios that lead to a dynamic change in the educational paradigm. Technological resources become the mediators of learning processes through the different activities, so they can easily be used by tutors and tutors in the process of planning, evaluation and control in the development of research monitoring. In the contemporary context, virtual networks are becoming more and more important, considered as a community of professionals and research groups that are dedicated to the activity of knowledge and learning, work with a common interest and base their actions on the construction, development and exchange of scientific and technological knowledge. An example of this is the virtual classroom, an open educational resource to consolidate training processes. In the development of the opening of the Post-Doctorate program developed in the Sucre State for the Bolivarian University of Venezuela, through the Cuba-Venezuela Educational Agreement, the potential of a virtual space has been used to promote this type of study of its doctors and in this work the present experience is systematized.
