Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze the goal propensity of female taekwondo athletes and to influence their commitment to and continuity of exercise. It is collected from 186 high school female taekwondo players, and the data processing methods are frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. First, self-oriented and task-oriented factors among high school female Taekwondo athletes have positively influenced their commitment to exercise. Secondly, among the goals of high school female taekwondo athletes, task-oriented and self-oriented factors had a positive impact on their exercise duration. Third, high school girl Taekwondo s commitment to exercise had a positive impact on her intention to continue exercising. Fourth, the mediating effect of concentrating on exercise is significant in relation to the goal propensity to achieve and the intention to sustain exercise.
