Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the selection satisfaction among customer reliability and consumer behavior in golf Course. The subjects were golfers in Kyonggi-do, and total 486 surveys were used for the actual analysis. For the analysis of data, Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were done using SPSS Windows SPSS18.0. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model(SEM) analysis were done using AMOS 18.0. The result of data analysis is as follows. First, the selection satisfaction has positive impact on the customer reliability. Second, the customer reliability has positive impact on consumer behavior. Third, the selection satisfaction has positive impact on consumer behavior.
