Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between leisure attitude and fun factors on the psychological well-being and quality of life of college students in dance sports. The subject of this study is to find out the questionnaire by using the nominal sampling method for the students who took the liberal dance sports lessons to setting the university in B metropolitan city as the population in 2017. Data processing methods were frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. In this way the results are as follows. First, cognitive, positive, and behavioral attitudes of leisure attitude showed a static effect on feeling of flow, and cognitive and behavioral attitude had a positive effect on happiness. Second, the cognitive, positive and behavioral attitudes of leisure attitude showed a statistically significant effect on the psychological domain and the positive and behavioral attitudes on the living environment and self satisfaction. Third, all the sub factors of fun factor had a positive effect on the feeling of flow and happiness of psychological well-being. Fourth, all the sub factors of fun factors showed a statistically significant effect on the psychological domain, life environment and self satisfaction of the quality of life. In other words, leisure attitude and fun were predictive factors in improving psychological well-being and quality of life.
