Abstract

Objective To observe the diagnosis and therapeutic implications of hysteroscopy for intrauterine factors caused infertility. Methods 120 cases of intrauterine factors led to infertility patients, diagnostic hysteroscopy to analysis of the results, and compared the effect after treatment. Results There were 72 cases of abnormal uterine cavity, 43 cases performed hysteroscopic operation, 24 cases of intrauterine pregnancy after operation, accounted for 55.81%, 15 cases of full term parturition, accounted for 34.88%. Conclusion Hysteroscopy for infertility diagnosis and treatment of intrauterine factors is easy to operate, has diagnostic accuracy, and can implement simple hysteroscopic surgery, it is worth promoting.
