Abstract
PRELIMINARY 1 and supplemental 2 reports have been made on response to, and rationalization for, use of massive dose therapy of vitamin E combined with pantothenic acid derivatives in certain phases of lupus erythematosus — a disease in cutaneous lesions of which the common denominator is connective tissue. 3 The present study of results obtained in treatment of granuloma annulare reports favorable response to similar massive dose therapy in another disease entity characterized by collagenous degeneration.
