Abstract

The general objective of this research was to explain how human resource management influences the job performance of Banco de la Nación, 2020. The population is made up of 163 staff professionals from the project area of ​​Banco de la Nación, 2020, the instrument of measurement was the questionnaire of 12 questions in the independent variable "management of human resources" and 12 questions in the dependent variable "job performance" both on an ordinal scale, the instruments were validated through expert judgment and their reliability was tested through Cronbach's alpha. As a result, 21.4% of the people surveyed indicated that they totally agree that the management of human resources positively influences the work performance of the Banco de la Nación, year 2020 and 25% of the people surveyed indicated that they totally agree that the performance labor positively influences the human resources management of Banco de la Nación, year 2020. It is concluded that the percentage dependence of human resources management on work performance has the result of the Nagelkerke coefficient, which shows that the variability of the job performance is due to 98.7% of the human resources management of Banco de la Nación, year 2020.
