Abstract

The purpose of the study is to derive the educational achievement that can increase learning effect by presenting a systematic class model for the major of 'Fashion study' that learns the culture and arts of modern fashion using movies and videos which based on the FPBL flipped project. For the research methods, the study was verified through the process of theoretical consideration of the curriculum using movies and videos, flipped learning, and project-based learning, and the achievement presentation on design and operation of the FPBL flipped project-based fashion study curriculum, satisfaction survey for learners, and class reflection. First grade of universities in the metropolitan area participated for this study and the time range was a total 15 weeks of major classes in the second semester of 2022. As the results, learners increased the learning participation and ability of empathy, creativity and problem-solving skills, cooperative learning skills, and reflection skills. Furthermore, the educational significance and effect of FPBL flipped project-based fashion study curriculum are confirmed in this study. Thus, the study has a responsibility for suggesting the foundations of curriculum design for the design and operation of FPBL flipped project-based fashion study.
