Abstract
The article highlights the activities of the teaching staff of the Zaporizhia Classical Lyceum of the Zaporizhia City Council of the Zaporizhia Region in the process of implementing an experiment at the all-Ukrainian level on the topic «Formation of the integrated educational environment of the lyceum as a factor in the multifaceted development of the student's personality». A description of the pedagogical conditions under which the successful multifaceted development of the students' personality takes place is given. The course of experimental activity, which took place on the basis of pedagogical innovations and integration for the multifaceted development of students' personalities, the manifestation of their talents and the development of creative abilities, is described, and the ways of increasing the level of professional development of lyceum teachers are described. The criteria for diagnosing the multifaceted personality development of lyceum students are described, which include: motivational-value, cognitive-integrated, activity-creative, result-reflective. The created concept of the formation of the integrated educational environment of the lyceum as a factor of the versatile development of the personality of students and the model of the formation of the integrated educational environment of the lyceum as a factor of the versatile development of the personality of the students of the Zaporizhzhya Classical Lyceum are described, which contains a set of conditions, means and methods of learning, organized on an integrated basis, which is able to ensure the formation versatile personality of a lyceum student and enables him to realize his educational needs and develop key competencies. The main achievements of the conducted research work are highlighted.
