Abstract

The relevance of this article due to the rapid computerization of modern society and the development of e-democracy at the state level. This supports forward and backward linkages between the state and civil society, active participation of the population in the government. This article analyzes the current state of e-democracy in the Russian Federation. According to the author cloud democracy must be one of the foundations of information open, civil society and government agencies interact with citizens. The article is based on an analysis of virtual platforms of government services and portals for public discussion of draft laws, the functioning of electronic civil society.
