Abstract
This chapter presents the results of a survey with students from an Enactus team who examined their perception regarding the following aspects experienced in the elaboration of a project to the participation in the Enactus Brazil National Meeting (Encontro Nacional Enactus Brasil – Eneb): development of competences and personal maturation/autonomy, engagement with the team, meaning and purpose, satisfaction with the Enactus methodology, development of entrepreneurial and leadership skills, and activities integration in the team with the extension and the Pedagogical Project of the Courses. The results point to a rich and beneficial experience, in the participants’ view, encompassing the personal, academic and professional scopes. The limitation of the study is recognized for covering a single team, which suggesting new studies covering all Enactus teams.
