Exploring new horizons in developing entrepreneurial skills through the catavento project

Abstract

This article presents the results of a survey with students from an Enactus team who verified their perception regarding the following aspects experienced from the elaboration of a project until the participation in the Enactus Brazil National Meeting (Eneb): development of skills and personal maturation/autonomy, engagement with the team, sense and purpose, satisfaction with the Enactus methodology, development of entrepreneurial and leadership skills and integration of activities in the team with the extension and Pedagogical Project of Courses. The results point to a rich and fruitful experience, in the vision of the participants, both in the personal sphere, in the academic and in the professional. The study limitation is recognized as covering a single team, suggesting new studies covering all Enactus teams.
