Abstract
(Abstracted from Int J Gynecol Cancer 2024:ijgc-2024-005449) Ovarian cancer has a high mortality rate, with a great deal of variation both within countries and between countries; the highest mortality rates are observed in countries with poor access to healthcare. Previous research has suggested that disparities in survival rates can stem from stage differences at the time of diagnosis, but in addition to this, there are observable differences that remain within each stage.
