Abstract

(Abstracted from Int J Gynaecol Obstet 2024;166(1):141–151) Reproductive cancers include endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, and gestational trophoblastic neoplasia and represent a significant health burden across geographic locations and age groups, although there is evidence that some contraceptive methods can be protective against certain types of malignancies. This article is a review aimed to express the disease burden of different reproductive cancers as well as known evidence of contraceptives in the prevention and management of these diseases.
