Abstract
The article, based on an analysis of data obtained empirically, are the results of the formation of a military-professional competence of students at various levels in accordance with the pre-base criterion. The authors substantiate the relevance of such work, consider the results of the formation of each of the components of professional military competence and indicate what function they perform in the system. On the basis of these conclusions are drawn, which can be used in educational practice of military high school.
