Abstract
This article provides battery parameters that should be considered when choosing a battery for a specific application. The correct choice of battery is very important at the stage of vehicle development, because batteries that are not selected properly can cause operational problems associated with a lack of power, energy and accelerated degradation processes. The battery selection method should take into account the aforementioned features and performance characteristics of the vehicle. The article describes methods for obtaining such characteristics with their assessment using the example of selecting a battery for a vehicle.
