Abstract

The electromagnetic immunity test of vehicle aims to investigate the working condition of vehicle under electromagnetic interference. With the increasing complexity of road electromagnetic environment, more and more attention is paid to the electromagnetic immunity performance of vehicle. The electromagnetic immunity performance of vehicle is listed as mandatory requirement index by Chinese national standard GB 34660-2017 for the first time. In the stage of vehicle development and design, effective prediction of electric field intensity distribution in the vehicle is helpful to improve the vehicle electromagnetic immunity performance. This paper introduces the requirement of vehicle electromagnetic immunity test in GB 34660-2017 standard and the prediction scheme of field strength distribution in vehicle electromagnetic immunity test is designed, the forward power required by the field strength calibration for simulation and test are compared, and the field strength distribution without vehicle obtained from the simulation and test are analyzed. The results show that the simulation prediction can reflect the actual test to a certain extent. This scheme provides a powerful help for improving the electromagnetic immunity performance in the process of vehicle development.
