Abstract
Financial estimates for a business are important for the company's sustainability in the future, so it becomes the main plan for its sustainability. The estimated financial statements projected at the beginning are perfect for the company in the future. They are used to see the company's sustainability during the business journey from performance management which shows the business operations and financial management which shows the company's liquidity. Based on the instructions presented, this paper aims to create identify, and estimate the finances of a franchise business plan in the aspect of reviewing the feasibility aspect of the business with the estimated income ratio aspect and the existence of cost elements. This research method is descriptive, namely by describing the estimated possibilities so that a statement can be formed that will be projected.
