Abstract
The development of new technologies enables learners to learn more effectively, efficiently, flexibly and comfortably. Learners use smart devices and the digital technology to access digital resources through the wireless network and to immerse in both personalized and seamless learning [2]. exploits interactive technologies and communication systems to improve the learning experience. It has the potential to transform the way professors teach and learn across the board. It can raise standards and when participation in lifelong learning. It cannot replace teachers and lecturers, but alongside existing methods, it can enhance the quality and reach t their teaching and reduce the time spent on administration [3]. The study aims to discuss the pros and cons of Elearning over the traditional education and the influence of E-learning on the role of students of high level. In this digital era, when technologies have proliferated at each level of the society, media, business, economy, and education, the knowledge, and application of Information, communication and technology(ICT) being the must factor for everyone. In a school scenario, digital technology helps immensely for the purpose of teaching in case of anatomy, history, etc where students can visualize the exact scenario of the subject. The paper aims at the effect of E-learning from the perspective of both teachers and the students [4] through the survey made among teachers and students (of 12 to 15 years of age) of various institutions.
