Abstract
In this study, it is aimed to examine entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial leadership practices in educational management. The phenomenon underlying entrepreneurship will be created. What essentially makes an individual an entrepreneur is that he can create a new perspective, new corporate values, new production processes, new products or new ways of doing business in a new institution, environment. All entrepreneurial activities actually converge around the creation of new ideas. Therefore, knowing how creativity begins and progresses is quite important for a successful entrepreneurship. In fact, creativity is a fundamental factor not only for entrepreneurial behavior, but for any kind of work within an educational institution. As in all organizations aiming for growth and change, it is an important competitive force for educational institutions. It is a way to respond to the change in the environment. Thanks to entrepreneurial leadership, it is possible for the institution to keep up with the changes in its environment by developing new techniques or services in the educational environment, applying new educational processes.
