Abstract

The article provides a theoretical analysis of the educational process management in the institution of preschool education, outlines the current requirements of modern society to the professional and personal development of the head. The purpose of the article is to reformat the conceptual positions in the management of the educational process. It requires the search for new approaches, forms and methods for the preparation of the future head of preschool education. The updating of the content of various aspects of the preparation of the future head of the preschool institution for the educational process management in the institution of higher education is singled out and analyzed. It was found that at the stage of professional training in higher education institutions, the readiness of masters to manage the educational process in preschool educational institutions is formed. It is important that while preparing future preschool education specialists to manage the educational process in preschool education, we pay attention to updating the content, which will affect the professional development of leaders, their active solution of management problems, preparedness, leadership skills and readiness for management career. Professional training of future leaders involves the formation of a new generation of professionals capable of scientific research, the use of innovation, instant problem solving, self-development and self-enrichment. That is why, in training future heads of preschool education to manage the educational process, we consider it necessary to update the content of the educational process in higher education.
