Abstract

Objective . To explore the effects of Apatinib combined with TP regimen chemotherapy on the tumor markers, MMP-9 and MMP-2 levels in patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods. A total of 86 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given TP regimen chemotherapy, and the observation group was given Apatinib on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CA125, CEA, CA199, MMP-9, MMP-2 and VEGF in the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion . The Apatinib combined with TP regimen chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer has significant clinical effect, it can reduce the level of serum tumor markers, and down regulate the expression of serum MMP-9 and MMP-2.
