Abstract

In order to analyze the serum tumor markers (CEA, β2-MG) combined serum CA50, AFP predict the clinical value of liver metastatic colorectal cancer, 80 cases of colorectal cancer patients with postoperative pathologic results were divided into control group and observation group, control group of 50 cases of liver metastasis in patients, observation group of 30 cases of patients with liver metastases. 10 mL of elbow venous blood was extracted from the patient, and the serum was left after centrifugation. The levels of serum CA50, AFP, CEA and β2-Mg were detected by automatic electrochemiluminescence apparatus and automatic enzyme analyzer. The levels of CA50, AFP, CEA, β2-MG and the positivity of various indexes in 2 groups were compared. The diagnostic value of single index and combined index were calculated, and the specificity, sensitivity, accuracy and Yuden coefficient of the two groups were analyzed. The results showed that the levels of CA50, AFP, CEA and β2-MG in observation group were higher than those in control group (P 0.05). The accuracy and Yuden coefficient of the four items were the highest. The results showed that serum tumor markers CEA, β2-MG, CA50, AFP can be used as diagnostic indexes of colorectal cancer and liver metastasis, and the combined detection is beneficial to improve the diagnostic performance of liver metastasis of colorectal cancer.
