Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of humanistic care on adverse reactions and quality of life for patients with breast cancer after chemotherapy .Methods From January 2010 to December 2012 ,totals of 96 cases of patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group .The control group received routine nursing , while the observation group received humanistic care nursing including health education propaganda guidance , psychological nursing meticulous and so on .The adverse reactions and quality of life of the two groups were analyzed .Results The total score of adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy in the observation group was (29.98 ±13.12), which was significantly lower than that of the control group (41.53 ±14.37),and the difference was statistically significant (t=4.32,P〈0.05).Quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group [(64.81 ±15.36) vs (48.91 ± 15.07);t =5.35,P 〈0.05)].Conclusions Humanistic care nursing for the breast cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy can effectively improve quality of life , and reduce postoperative adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy .
