Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of predictive comfort care on the incidence, quality of life and compliance of breast cancer complications with PICC catheterization. Methods A total of 80 cases of breast cancer patients who received PICC tube chemotherapy in the hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the study objects and were divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases of each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while patients in the observation group were given predictable and comfortable nursing. The complication rate, quality of life, negative emotion and compliance before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The complication rate of the control group was much higher than that of the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the social and family status, emotional status, physiological status, functional status and additional attention scores of the control group were all lower than those of the observation group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the control group were higher than those of the observation group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The compliance of the control group was lower than that of the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of predictive comfort nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of breast cancer complications of PICC catheterization, improve the mental state, enhance compliance, and improve their quality of life.It is worthy of further promotion.
