Abstract
AbstractIndole is a very sensitive reagent which is frequently used to determine DNA and its derivatives in photographic gelatin.The yield of the coior formation depends on the other components of the gelatin and to obtain significant results, it is necessary to standardize each gelatin by adding to it known amounts of DNA.
